We started My Birth because we wanted couples to have the best birth possible, to feel excited about your birth and not anxious. On this page we want to make sure we can provide you with as much helpful content as possible, even if you don't go on to take one of our courses. Our core aim is to enable you to have the best birth possible. Keep an eye on this page as it will be updated on occasion with resources.
